the location was really convenient with easy access to transportation. the room featured a nespresso machine (i love coffee!). a safe that was a good size for our valuables. i found the air conditioning efficient and quiet.

i noticed the wine glasses in the mini fridge needed a little extra cleaning.

The check-in process was quick. The staff were helpful. The location is convenient to the ferry port. The room included a coffee machine..

The air conditioning system had a limited temperature range. It did not blow cold air. Bright lights from the control panel, broadband, and fire alarm also made sleeping difficult. There was no gym or other facilities.

the staff was helpful to me. the location is good especially if you arrive or depart from the port, it's walking distance. the room seemed surprisingly good, stylish and contemporary, also very spacious. all amenities were available in the room.

the air conditioning lowest temperature was 21 degrees, it still felt too warm. selecting a lower temperature just switched the system off. the rooms never got any colder than 23 degrees. it was far too hot for me to sleep.

the personnel seemed efficient and courteous, they were always ready to assist me. the reception was available 24 hours a day. i found the staff very professional and respectful to all my needs.

the hotel has parking, it is a plus. the building design is wonderful. there are restaurants near the hotel with regular prices for the area. i have easy access to public transport near the hotel too.

the hotel is near the port, just a step from the marina. the position is central and well connected. the bus stop to get into the city is very close. i also found local food places nearby the hotel.
